An agreement may contain up to 10 PDFs and 25 signers, within the 8 MiB packet and 200-field limits. Web and API use share your allowance. Recipients sign without paying.
Know before you send.
Creating an agreement uses one unit, even if it is later cancelled. Preparation, reminders and retries of the same request do not add units. Allowances reset each UTC calendar month; they do not roll over.
No surprise overages.
New creation pauses at your allowance. Existing signing and downloads continue. Monthly subscription renewal follows your payment date. Applicable tax and final terms appear in checkout.
